  3 level personnel require 100% QC on tasks that they are not certified on in their training records.  We require a function to automatically generate these QCs

  on "Personnel" edit grid.  add a field to add stock numbers. If a stock number is added in this field a QC should automatically be generated when an inspection is completed with the personnel assigned.

The DPAS Program Management Office is proud to announce the name of the system will undergo a re-branding. The system that you have used for many years has grown into more than a Property Accountability system and is now being used by organizations outside of the Defense Department. To account for all capabilities within the system, the team has renamed the system to the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS). Please bear with us as we update the support webpage and the training material over time. The update to the system is scheduled to be completed by Release 2025.2.4, which will deploy to the Production environment on 16 May.
