Inventory Control Point (ICP) Stock Items are displaying for deleted stock.

Resolution:
Deleting a Stock Number will also remove the Stock Item record.
116536 Enterprise WPHRI08 LIMS-EV Advana history table lst_tran_dt_tm on mass edit (various hist union issues) union join para 9
The Logistics Installations and Mission Support - Enterprise View (LIMS-EV) Advana is not updating correctly.

Resolution:
The coding changes corrects the updating issue. 
121859 Inventory LPAID05 - AIT Conduct Physical Inventory / AIT Inventory in SAT
There is an Automatic Identification Technology (AIT) Inventory in SAT.

Resolution:
The Library Code in AIT Physical Inventory is updated to a compatible version.
 
121907 Maintenance LIMS-EV add maint_sched_ky to maintenance_schedule.maintenance_schedule extract
The Maintenance Schedule Key is not on the Advana Extract.

Resolution:
The Maintenance Schedule Key is added to the Advana Extract. 
120294 Maintenance LPRMN01 - VSCOS: Priority Cd in Requisition no longer being defaulted
The Priority Code in Requisition is no longer being defaulted.

Resolution:
The Priority Code is correctly being defaulted. 
117788, 117749, 118603, 119074, 119200, 120891, 121524 Property Accountability WPAIN06 - Print AIT Labels - user unable to print out barcode label from PA gets 65 asset not found error
User is unable to print out the label for assets received after the 11-15 update.

Resolution:
The print out error message from assets is corrected. 
121639 Property Accountability WPHRN11 - USAF A4/HAF Auth ID required error with Mass Update attempt by for AD2085/429WE
There is an Authorization Identification (Auth ID) required error with Mass Update.

Resolution:
The issue that was causing an error for a blank Auth ID during the Mass Receiving process is fixed.

The service was severely out-of-date, and is becoming more important as time goes on.

02087 - Add Purpose Code / ICP Inventory Inquiry

Module: Materiel Management
What Changed:
 
The Purpose Code is added to the Inventory Transaction Inquiry.
Searching on a particular purpose code is available, if needed.

The Originating Problem:
The Purpose Code is added to support customers who rely on the Purpose Code.

Impact:
There is now an additional drop down parameter with a newly defaulted column in the inquiry grids.

01160 - WPSAN25 - Add Establish Date to the CFO Detail Extract

Module: Property Accountability
 
What Changed:
The “Establish Date” attribute is added to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Detail Extract.  This attribute incorporation improves the accuracy of the extract report by ensuring the accurate population is in the CFO Detail Extract for the quarter/period.
 
The Originating Problem:
The current issue is whether the CFO Detail Extract includes populations processed after the quarter/period.
 
Impact:
The enhancements to the CFO Detail Extract significantly improve its accuracy and usability. By incorporating the "Establish Date" option, data can be viewed for specific quarters or periods, identifying data processed after the quarter/period.
 
 

01627 - Mass UIC to UIC - Phase 4

Module: Property Accountability
 
What Changed:
The Rename process allows the move from one site to another for a Unit Identification Code (UIC). Therefore, there is no longer any need to submit a help desk ticket to have the Site Identification (ID) changed via a SQL script.

The Originating Problem:
Property records on an existing UIC require a mass UIC to UIC transfer process when a unit's Site ID is changed.
 
Impact:
Accounting transactions are written if capital assets are present in the updated UIC. All assets, locations, custodians, due-in's, transfers, etc. remain in the updated UIC. This process is only available in the UIC Realignment role.

01935 - WRM Authorization Id browse in PA - Phase two - FSM Work Items

What Changed:
 
When accessing the Stock Number Browse from the Authorization Detail Screen and navigating from the Authorization Management (Mgmt) Tab in the Force Systems Management (FSM), the Interchangeable and Substitutable (I&S) Master Only toggle appears. On the Search Results grid, the Acquisition Advice Code (AAC), Type, and Reference Code are now displayed.

The Originating Problem:
Some Authorizations require Masters Only to be selected, while others allow for substitutions depending on their association with the Master Stock Number.

Impact:
Adding the I&S Master Only toggle allows for choosing whether to view Master Stock Only or to include associated Stock Numbers depending on the Reference Code or Type.

The Purpose Code is added to the Warehouse Inventory Master Selector (IMS).
 
The Originating Problem:
SCR 02087 - The Purpose Code needs to be implemented within the Warehouse Management (WM) and Materiel Management (MM) modules. 

Impact:
The Purpose Code is added to the Search Criteria. The Purpose Code of assets are displayed within the Inventory Selection Results grid.

The Purpose Code is added to the Warehouse Receiving process.

The Originating Problem:
SCR 02087 - The Purpose Code needs to be implemented within the Warehouse Management (WM) and Materiel Management (MM) modules. 

Impact:
Purpose Codes can be selected for asset(s) on the verification step/page and can be viewed within the Transaction Details pop up by clicking the Details button. Purpose Codes have also been added to the Warehouse Receiving Spreadsheet/Import process. The Purpose Code column has been added to the Spreadsheet Template. Only valid Purpose Codes for the agency can be entered.
