Warehouse Work Orders have compliance dates.

Resolution:
Work Orders generated from Warehouse do not have compliance dates and will no longer trigger automatic Non Mission Capable (NMC) status.
125358 Materiel Management LPMMN21 - Customer Requisition Management - Certain users cannot see Customer Requisitions in the ICP/MM Module
Certain users cannot see Customer Requisitions in the Inventory Control Point (ICP)/Materiel Management (MM) module.

Resolution:
Users assigned to inactive programs will now see all customer requisitions.
124142, 125717 Materiel Management LPMMQ01 - Inventory Inquiry - Inventory Inquiry Export is not providing correct data
The Inventory Inquiry Export is not providing correct data.

Resolution:
When exporting the grid from the Inventory Inquiry page in Materiel Management, the exported file correctly displays the columns and data.
125378 Warehouse LPWHN35 - Material Release Order / Remove functionality in WM MRO on Serialized MRO
Remove functionality in Warehouse Management (WM) Materiel Release Order (MRO) on Serialized MRO.

Resolution:
The issue where the Remove button/denial functionality was not available for Serialized MROs is now corrected.

What Changed:
Purpose Code is an optional attribute of any asset record.
Purpose Code is added to all Application Programming Interface (API) endpoint(s), used by the Marine Corps Pre—Positioning Information Center (MCPIC), to be pulled when reporting asset information.

The Originating Problem:
DPAS does not currently support segregating materiel in its Inventory Control Point (ICP) or Warehouse applications by Purpose Code.

Impact:
There is no user impact. Endpoints are currently not in use in production.

01956 - WPMAN12 - AvSE: Sub Work Order ordering issue

Module: Maintenance
What Changed:
On the Maintenance Schedule Add/Update screen, the user can select reorder and change the display order of Work Plans. This will reflect on newly created Work Orders. 
 
The Originating Problem:
Maintenance Schedules and Work Orders had Work Plans in different orders and no way to organize them, which makes them difficult to find. 

Impact:
The issue is resolved and there is less user time spent finding Work Plans. 

02074 - DPAS Rebranding to ELMS / Requisition

What Changed:
 
There are changes to the Requisition User Interface to display the new name ELMS.

The Originating Problem:
There is a System Name change. 

Impact:
There is no impact to existing processes.

02074 - DPAS Rebranding to ELMS / Database Updates

What Changed:
ELMS Branding for the following applications / pages:
  • My DPAS => My ELMS

The Originating Problem:
DPAS shall be rebranded to ELMS (Enterprise Logistics Management System) to better suit its purpose and usage.

Impact:
New site naming, logos, links, and minimal changes to the Header and Footer elements to compensate.
No additional impact is expected.

00830 - Item Receiving / Provide access to 'Accept' without going through the wizard

What Changed:
 
The Warehouse Receiving process has been improved to enable quick acceptance of verified inventory directly from the Document Transaction sub-grid.

The Originating Problem:
When the kit is not accepted before hitting the Finish button, the user has to click through everything again to accept it.

Impact:
The Warehouse Receiving process has been enhanced to allow for rapid acceptance of verified inventory straight from the Document Transaction sub-grid.

02074 - DPAS Rebranding to ELMS / AssetManagement

DPAS branding has been updated to ELMS within the Asset Management service (Material Returns).
 
 
The Originating Problem:
DPAS is being rebranded to ELMS (Enterprise Logistics Management System ) to better suit its purpose and usage.

Impact:
Titles, headers, logos, icons, and application names will be updated with new branding across the ELMS suite.
