Resolution: This allows a soft deletion when disposing an asset with a Certification/License. If there is an Operator/Technician conflict, the error message displays a list of conflicts with User Identifiers. If there is a Maintenance Asset Master conflict, the error message displays "602 - Cert/License associated to asset(s) profiled for maintenance. Cannot delete."

DPAS needs to incorporate the request and management of a Materiel Return into the Property Accountability and Warehouse modules.
