01907 - SKO Catalog Program / Component Display Moves

What Changed:
The Sets Kits Outfits (SKO) Catalog is updated to Tech Refresh standards.
The Originating Problem:
SKO Catalog uses old Legacy screens and functionality.
Impact:
When the user adds or updates a SKO Catalog, new drawers open for the Stock Number Add. A drawer to add components to the SKO Catalog (up to 10 at a time), and a Configure Section opens to add the rest of the data for the Stock Item.
The same occurs for the Line Item Number/Table of Authorized Materiel Control Number (LIN/TAMCN). LIN/TAMCNs added to the kits display under the Stock Number column with a hyperlink on the Line Item Number/Table of Authorized Materiel Control Number Identifier (LIN/TAMCN ID). From the hyperlink, the components of the LIN/TAMCN are displayed. The user can include, exclude, add, edit, or delete the LIN/TAMCN.
There is also new functionality where the user can select one row or multiple rows in the components and move them up or down in the kit.

01904 - DPAS to DAI Interface Codes

DPAS has modified its reporting logic for DAI users. Disposition actions will be reported as Disposition events (X813/X814) in lieu of Transfer Out (X817/X818). The undepreciated amount that is written off at the time of disposal will be reported as “X806 - Loss from Write-off” of a disposition in lieu of “X805 - Deprecation Expense”. This is a change to the accounting event mapping for the DAI Accounting Interface only.
When the DPAS to DAI interface was originally created, the X806, X813, and X814 transactions were instructed to be sent under different event numbers when the outbound interface was generated. This is no longer the case.
Impact:
The need for journal vouchers for disposal/write-off transactions should be remedied and brought into compliance with Treasury guidance. This change affects the DAI Accounting Interface only.

01976 - DPAS .NET 8 Update / Upgrade Identity to .NET 8

What Changed:
The Identity Service is upgraded to .NET 8; .NET 8 has a targeted end-of-life date of November 10, 2026.
The Originating Problem:
Microsoft has announced the end-of-life for .NET 6 as November 12, 2024.
Impact:
This should not change the functionality of the application, though a system test should be performed to ensure the application still functions as expected.
