01986 - Security Banner Classifications (CUI) - PA/M&U

What Changed:
The DPAS.appsec.banner field was updated to use CUI instead of FOUO. This impacts various places like banners on the top and bottom of Property Accountability and Maintenance and Utilization and a couple report headers, but is not exhaustive or comprehensive. Full update is scheduled for 2024.3.2.
The Originating Problem:
FOUO should be replaced with CUI per DoD guidelines.
Impact:
Various banners across DPAS will have CUI instead of FOUO. No functionality change.

01905 - Upgrade Dpas.Pendulum Service 2
What Changed:
The pendulum microservice was updated to meet current development standards.
Tech Debt - the microservice package was out of date in regards to current development standards.
Impact:
No impact - the microservice package should, functionally, perform as it did prior to the update.

01282 - LPRMN05 - Requisition Source of Supply
What Changed:
In the Maintenance and Utilization Module, we added the ability to add, update and delete Source of Supply locations used for Requisitions. This function is found in the Requisition Main Menu in the option of Source of Supply. In this new function, a user can specify the related Source of Supply information and identify a default Source of Supply to help in the Requisition process.
In preparation for the new Requisition service, a Source of Supply maintenance page was generated to support all new and existing Source of Supply identities.
Impact:
There should be no impact to the user.

01920 - Contract Number Sort Order
Module: Property Accountability
What Changed:
Sort functionality is added. Contracts are now ordered 0-9, then alphabetically in the dropdown.
The Originating Problem:
The Contract Numbers on the Loan Update screen had no sort function applied to them, making it difficult to locate a specific contract when the dropdown was populated with many records.
Impact:
No functionality changes. It should be easier to locate specific contract records.
01992 - PA support for Transportation Requests in DLMS

01992 - Transshipment Qualifiers (ADC 1463)
What Changed:
Implementation of ADC 1463 to enable transportation requests/responses to be made systematically with DLA's Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Air Force's Cargo Movement Operations System (CMOS).
DEDSO is replacing the Distribution Code 111 functionality (Transportation Only Services ADC 316 functionality ) with specific qualifiers within the DLMS 940R and DLMS 945A transaction sets.
Impact:
No user impact.
This change is being made directly to the DLMS processing of the 940R transactions used to track transportation service requests out of the Property Accountability Asset Transfer and Disposition Transfer processes.
All other transactions are left unaffected.

In the Registry module, the instances of For Official Use Only (FOUO) have been converted to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). The descriptions in the appropriate banners in Registry have been updated to reflect this change.

01897 - Money Value Gain Loss Notice / MVGL Report
What Changed:
DPAS has been enhanced to include a Money Value Gain/Loss report based off of transactions returned by the associated inquiry.
The report will match the configuration of the grid, giving control of the column order, sort and even which columns to display to the end-user.
It will include a summary block to note the criteria used to filter the transactions and a digital signature capture for certification and preservation for audit purposes.
The Originating Problem:
This is new functionality (SCR 01897).
Impact:
This is the report portion of the project.
It has no impact to the application. It is simply a report that can be generated from a specific inquiry.
