Resolution: In the receiving process (LPWHN19), the Received, Verified, and Accepted Date/Time fields now use the current date/time when each pop-up is loaded, instead of the time that the program page is loaded.

What Changed:
When applications are built, the font packages are pulled from an internal feed instead of Font Awesome's external one.
The Originating Problem:
The icon package DPAS uses has changed its subscription's bandwidth preventing packages from being downloaded.
Impact:
No impact to the user should be observed. The applications should work the same.
